Arthritis ACT - Yoga
Arthritis ACT offer yoga and chair yoga classes throughout the year to help improve muscle tone, better breathing habits, reduction of stress, better sleep and a sense of wellbeing. Chair yoga is accessible to those who cannot stand or who lack the mobility to move easily between seated and standing positions.
