Canberra Yoga Space offers a range of classes to suit all levels of fitness from beginners to experienced yoga practitioners.
Canberra Yoga Space classes include:
- Beginners Yoga Course, a class is for absolute beginners (no previous yoga experience required) which goes through the fundamental principles with breath, movement and alignment and offers a good foundation for progression to other classes and yoga styles
- Classical Yoga draws on yoga philosophy while giving practical guidance with balanced classes across a 4 week cycle to increase strength, flexibility and mental clarity
- YogaFit, an inclusive style of yoga, designed to allow beginners and advanced students to practice at a level suited to them including cues to ensure correct technique to prevent injury and options to cater to different levels of participants
- Yogalates, a fusion of Yoga and Pilates which harnesses the physical and mental benefits of both practices
