Arthritis ACT is a non-profit organisation that aims to improve the quality of life of people in the ACT who are suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Service Description 

Arthritis ACT run a variety of programs designed to help people with long-term health conditions improve their overall health and quality of life. The courses help individuals develop the skills to empower and enable self-management of long-term conditions more effectively day-to-day.

Their courses include:

  • Symptom and pain management
  • Relaxation
  • Healthy eating and exercise
  • Coping with fatigue
  • Positive thinking
