The ACT Nutrition Support Service is an initiative of Nutrition Australia ACT Inc. which aims to inspire Canberrans to make healthier food and drink choices by providing education, support and training across various settings including schools, early childhood services, workplaces, disability and community organisations.
Service Description
The ACT Nutrition Support Service (ACTNSS) is delivered by a team of Accredited Practising Dietitians and includes resources, including videos and recipes, for healthy eating.
They also offer services for the promotion of healthy eating in workplaces and community organisations, including:
- Nutrition presentations
- Cooking demonstrations
- One-on-One dietary consultations
- Nutrition trivia sessions
- Staff wellbeing sessions
